Innopulse Consulting GmbH is an IT advisory and software engineering firm in Zug. We work with Swiss and DACH organisations on strategy, delivery, and AI Act / DSGVO compliance — and we run a portfolio of six SaaS products for the same markets.
Founded to move faster.
Innopulse began operating in 2022 as a founder-led engineering and advisory practice, and was incorporated as Innopulse Consulting GmbH in 2024 in Zug. The thesis: Swiss and DACH businesses are best served by a partner that can advise, build, and operate — rather than assembling three firms and managing the seams.
Two years in, we operate as an advisory and engineering firm client-side, and as product operators in parallel. Six SaaS products are live in the DACH market today. One more is in build. What we learn running them — AI Act readiness, DSGVO architecture, Swiss billing, DACH SEO — becomes our runbook for the next client.
The runbook is the point. Where most firms start client work with discovery, we start with a reference architecture we already operate at scale. That shaves weeks from every engagement and keeps the advice we give honest — we're recommending patterns our own commercial reality depends on.

Data residency in Frankfurt or Paris. DSGVO and revDSG considered at the schema level. AI Act readiness aligned to the 2 August 2026 enforcement window.
Operator perspective
Every architectural recommendation has been validated against our own P&L. We will not recommend a pattern we are unwilling to run ourselves.
Organic distribution
We build on SEO, content, and brand compounding — assets you own rather than rent. Paid channels have their place, but seldom as the foundation.
Clean handover
You own source, credentials, content, and runbooks at every stage. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary wrappers, no license-back clauses.
